Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and coordinate a small team of technicians and testers specializing in system configuration, testing, and validation.
  • Plan and prioritize daily operations, test cycles, and configuration schedules to meet project milestones.
  • Foster a collaborative environment, drive knowledge sharing, and support professional growth within the team.

Testing, Validation & Quality Assurance:

  • Oversee the definition and execution of comprehensive test plans, including regression testing, capacity testing, and error simulation in real-world customer environments.
  • Ensure meticulous documentation of test steps, execution results, and defects with detailed reproduction steps in test management platforms (e.g., JIRA, Azure, TestRail).
  • Validate defect resolutions and maintain high quality standards across all software, firmware, and hardware integrations.

System Configuration & Technical Operations

  • Oversee advanced software and firmware installations, configurations, and troubleshooting on Sesami cash recyclers and associated server/cloud solutions.
  • Monitor cash transactions, cash feeds into acceptors, cassette note/coin count verifications, and POS system integrations.
  • Ensure all testing protocols accurately simulate real-world customer usage and operational scenarios.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Serve as the primary technical and managerial bridge between your team and other SDLC stakeholders, including Development, Release, and Product Management.
  • Communicate project status, risk assessments, and quality metrics effectively to upper management and cross-functional teams.
