Compensation & Benefits: In line with our commitment to transparency and people development, the gross annual salary (RAL) for this position ranges between €38,500 and €44,000, commensurate with experience and skills. The position is covered by the ‘CCNL Commercio e Terziario’ (National Collective Labor Agreement for Commerce and Service Sector), alongside a benefits package that includes meal vouchers, wellbeing initiatives (including Wellhub), and growth opportunities.

Role and responsibilities 🎯

We are looking for an experienced Sap Rar Senior Consultant to join our dynamic consulting team, specializing in application maintenance and evolution. As part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality solutions for our clients, leveraging your deep expertise in Sap RAR.

As SAP Consultant, you will be responsible for the following activities:

Manage support and maintenance activities related to SAP RAR processes;
Collaborate closely with clients to understand and optimize sales, shipping, and billing flows;
Handle corrective, enhancement, and change requests within the SAP RAR module;
Provide expert support for issue resolution, incident analysis, and process improvements;
Work as part of a multidisciplinary team, in close collaboration with other SAP and IT functional areas;

Required Skills 🛹

3+ years of experience as an SAP RAR Consultant, with a strong background in AMS (Application Management Services);
Knowledge of related modules (FI and/or SD) is also required;
Experience in complex, integrated enterprise environments;
Strong problem-solving mindset, client orientation, and ability to manage multiple priorities;
Good English (both written and spoken);
