Nature and aim of the positionRefund Global Blue Tax Free Forms at a Global Blue Refund Point.
Main duties and responsibilities
· Verify and refund Global Blue Tax Free Forms
· Ensure a satisfactory experience for our customers
· Prevent refunding mistakes and fraud
· Prepare reports as needed
· Observe Global Blue policies, guidelines and procedures
· The position may be part of a Downtown Cash Refund OfficeMain KPIs
· Number of refunded transactions
· Refunding mistake ratioReporting and collaboration
· Reporting line: Refund Supervisor or Airport Manager
· Mainly cooperates with:o Peers at same and other Refund Pointso Quality Assuranceo Refund Managero Merchants’ staffo Sales organization Background and EducationHelpful: a commercial backgroundHelpful: experience in face to face customer contactHelpful: experience in managing tillsHelpful: airport experienceHelpful: customer service experienceSpecific skills and knowledgeMust be fluent in English.
Other helpful languages in order of relevance: Chinese, Russian, ArabicMust be dedicated to service and customer satisfactionMust be experienced in using office softwareMust be trustworthy to handle large amounts of cashMust have a clean criminal recordMust be able to handle stressMust be nimble but thoroughMust be a good team playerMust be flexible in terms of
