Senior Engineering Manager – Consumer Fintech Platform

Satispay in Milano is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager for the Consumer domain to set the technical and organizational direction and empower millions of users in how they pay, manage money, and access credit. Lead 3 teams (15–25 engineers) via Engineering Managers and a Staff Engineer, coach managers, translate product goals into a clear roadmap, collaborate with Product leadership, and ensure delivery quality with Agile practices.
