* Lead and grow the Consumer domain with direct oversight of multiple teams and engineers
* Coach and develop reporting managers, set performance alignment, and identify growth opportunities
* Translate product and business goals into a technical roadmap across teams and manage cross-team dependencies
* Collaborate with Product leadership and peer engineers to define engineering standards
* Communicate domain progress, risks, and blockers to senior leadership in clear business terms
* Provide architectural guidance across PostgreSQL, Java, Spring Boot, AWS, Datadog to ensure sound decisions Requisiti fondamentali
* 8+ years in backend engineering
* 4+ years managing engineers including managers
* strong empathy and coaching skills with track record of developing engineers and managers
* distributed systems and API design expertise
* experience delivering complex, cross-team initiatives using Agile
* fluency in English and ability to engage with stakeholders and leadership
* genuine interest in fintech and investment products in a regulated environment
