* Analyze processes, operating models, and organizational structures to identify improvement opportunities
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and client stakeholders to deliver transformation projects and governance frameworks
* Contribute to project planning, reporting, change management activities, and transformation roadmaps
* Develop business insights and executive presentations using Power BI or Tableau Requisiti fondamentali
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Finance, Operations, or a related field
* Experience in business transformation, consulting, PMO, operations, or change management
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data and present to stakeholders
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies, project management practices, reporting tools (Power BI or Tableau), and continuous improvement
* Interest in enterprise transformation, GCC/Shared Services/GBS, and AI-enabled transformation
* Fluency in Italian and English, collaborative mindset and adaptability
