* Lead and execute investment projects safely, on time and on budget in line with Henkel PM framework
* Manage all technical and engineering aspects of projects across Europe (Casarile, Italy)
* Drive all project phases from feasibility to hand-over and closure, including lessons learned
* Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and escalate issues as appropriate
* Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams for alignment and transparency
* Collaborate with internal experts and technology specialists for best-in-class solutions
* Facilitate ongoing best practice exchange between sites and the regional engineering group
* Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Requisiti fondamentali
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Chemistry
* Minimum 7 years of experience in Project Engineering, preferably CAPEX projects in process industries
* Strong project management skills with relevant tools and methodologies
* High self-motivation, autonomy, and flexibility in a dynamic international environment
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management across all organizational levels
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, CAD applications
* Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
* Willingness to travel across Europe
