* help build reusable methodologies and thought leadership for the practice Requisiti fondamentali
* 3–5 years of Healthcare/Life Sciences experience in international contexts
* background in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Economics, Engineering or Biotechnology; master's or MBA a plus
* fluent in English; third language a plus
* strong analytical skills and ability to structure ambiguous problems
* autonomous workstream delivery with prudent escalation when needed
* interest in AI and its value in healthcare
* positive attitude
