What you'll do
* Support Italian content creators by chat, email and phone
* Help them use the platform's tools, guidelines and policies correctly
* Follow complex cases through to a clear resolution
* Share recurring issues with internal teams to improve the product What you need
* Italian at C2 level, spoken and written, and English at B2 or above
* An interest in social media, content creation or technology
* Empathy, clear communication and good attention to detail
* Experience in customer support or digital services is a plus What's included
