Location:
Italy, Saluggia Role Purpose: Ensure effective management of all finance and accounting activities, including reporting, compliance, and internal controls, aligning with company objectives and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
* Oversee operations for the annual financial statements of our Italian Site.
* Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
* Ensure compliance with tax, legal, and regulatory requirements.
* Support management with financial analysis and strategic decision-making.
* Supervise relationships with auditors, banks, and external consultants.
* Guarantee accurate and efficient use of SAP for financial processes.
Requirements:
* University degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
* Minimum 5 years of experience as Finance & Accounting Manager or similar role in manufacturing facilities
* Strong expertise in SAP is a MUST.
* Proficiency in Office, ERP systems, and financial analysis tools.
* Fluent in English and Italian.

Skills:
analytical thinking, leadership, communication, problem-solving, flexibility, and proactivity.
* Experience in team management. Compensation: Level A3 (Quadro) of the "Industria-Chimica" CCNL
