* Shape and drive Hitachi Energy's corporate growth strategy and portfolio
* Translate market, customer, technology, and financial insights into strategic priorities
* Identify emerging trends, growth opportunities, and strategic risks
* Develop executive-level recommendations and growth scenarios for decisions
* Foster cross-functional alignment across businesses, regions, and the strategy community
* Support Growth Board prioritization and investment decisions based on value and feasibility
* Prepare and facilitate Growth Board discussions and translate decisions into actions
* Generate strategic and financial insights through market analysis and forecasting
* Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable leadership recommendations
* Coach and build strategy capabilities across the team Requisiti fondamentali
* University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or related field; MBA a plus
* Experience in strategy, sales & marketing, management consulting, corporate development, finance, or strategic planning in international environment
* Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; ability to develop scenarios and business cases
* Experience preparing executive materials and managing cross-stakeholder follow-up
* Ability to work across units, regions, and functions with a One Hitachi Energy mindset
* Curiosity about energy transition, growth markets, technology shifts
