* Develop Go-based software and support multiple protocols (MQTT, NATS, Kafka, REST, gRPC, IEC 60870-5-104, OPC-UA, Modbus, IEC 61850, LoraWAN)
* Implement event-driven microservices for edge computing with emphasis on performance and reliability
* Collaborate in an interfunctional team with end-to-end responsibility
* Contribute to technology scouting and stay current with tech trends
* Mentor colleagues and share knowledge with the team Requisiti fondamentali
* Proven Golang experience with deep syntax, standard library, and high-performance Go coding
* Experience in microservices design and Docker/Kubernetes
* Ability to write concurrent programs and manage threading, synchronization, and non-blocking I/O
* Experience with unit/integration testing and performance profiling/debugging tools
* Proficiency with version control and CI/CD workflows; GitLab knowledge a plus
* Experience with shell scripting
* Excellent Linux knowledge
* Experience in Agile/Scrum, Kanban, or TDD environments
* English proficiency
* Knowledge of industrial protocols: IEC 60870-5-101/104, IEC 61850 MMS/GOOSE/SV, ModBUS RTU/TCP, OPC UA/DA
* Team collaboration
