* Manage end-to-end Application Management Services (AMS) for Finance & Controlling applications with emphasis on uptime, SLAs, incident/backlog handling, and service improvement via KPI reviews
* Translate business requirements into functional IT solutions and system specifications to evolve Finance & Controlling apps
* Analyze existing processes to identify and implement efficiency and performance improvements
* Coordinate application enhancements, integrations, and project activities ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and quality
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors to evaluate, select, and implement aligned solutions
* Provide ongoing user support and ensure effective integration between Finance systems and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
* Support SAP Finance environments (FICO, MM, Ariba) implementations and lifecycle activities
* Liaise between business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure continuous service improvement and policy compliance Requisiti fondamentali
* 8+ years of experience in SAP Finance environments with strong knowledge of SAP FICO, SAP MM, and SAP Ariba
* Solid understanding of Finance & Controlling processes, P2P workflows, supplier onboarding and external integrations
* Experience in SAP implementation projects including analysis, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and ALM
* Knowledge of IT Service Management principles; familiarity with SAP Concur Expense and Travel solutions is a plus
