* Define, maintain and improve manufacturing processes, routings and production standards
* Perform time studies and production analyses to set labor standards and boost efficiency
* Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality and cost
* Lead Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement projects using Six Sigma and Kaizen
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, resources and production planning
* Develop manufacturing documentation ensuring process consistency, compliance and operational excellence Requisiti fondamentali
* 4+ years experience as Industrial/Process Engineer in structured metal manufacturing environments
* Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems
* Knowledge of Six Sigma and Kaizen principles
* Knowledge of manufacturing cycles
* Italian and English languages (min. B2)
* Cross-functional collaboration
