* Develop Value Stream Designs and Plant Layout Guidelines
* Support long‑term manufacturing planning for global operations
* Help with capacity and demand planning
* Identify and track investment needs for equipment, tools, and infrastructure
* Lead and support key Industrial Engineering projects (e.g., localization projects) Qualifications
* Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
* Knowledge of factory layouts and value stream design
* Experience in a global organization in a role with interfaces to global and local functions
* Experience in management of cross‑functional projects
* Good English skills (other languages are a plus) Seniority level
* Associate Employment type
