* Proven track record of turning strategy into implementation
* Demonstrated leadership and teamwork in diverse groups
* Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, PowerBI, Tableau)
* Outstanding project management and organizational abilities
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Commitment to excellence and continuous learning
* Strong research and report writing skills
* Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages advantageous
