Key responsibilities
* Logistics and handling: o Receive, inspect and store deliveries o Ensure a logical and efficient organization of the various storage areas o Ensure the physical and electronic processing of receipts, shipments, and transfers o Prepare and participate in cycle and fiscal inventories and in investigating discrepancies o Complete the after-sales service forms in the internal software, if applicable
* Sales support: o Manage the buffer stock of bagging materials and its replenishment o Replenish the SKUs available in nearby stocks o Participate in tidying the sales and packing areas o Provide sales support by rotating stock between the storage area and the sales floor as needed Required qualifications and skills Versatile, meticulous and with a true service mindset, you master luxury customer service standards and demonstrate excellent computer skills. Knowledge of CBR Retail would be a plus. Organized, efficient and able to manage priorities and emergencies, you act with discretion and a demeanor suited to the luxury environment. Your duties include combating unknown shrinkage, ensuring proper application of the Maison's procedures, and contributing to its brand image as well as customer satisfaction. #J-18808-Ljbffr
