* Design and ship APIs, GraphQL schemas, and backend services that form the data API product
* Collaborate with engineers, QA, product managers, and designers to turn Hudl's data into reliable tools
* Own end-to-end backend features from data model to production, ensuring reliability, observability, and performance
* Leverage AI tooling as a core part of the build process and promote its practical use within the team
* Propose and evaluate solutions to ambiguous data-domain problems through design discussions and code reviews Requisiti fondamentali
* 3+ years of engineering experience in backend-heavy or data-heavy environments
* Experience building software that is consumed by other teams or products, including APIs, contracts, GraphQL schemas, or data pipelines
* Product-minded with experience shipping customer-facing products and managing release trade-offs between quality and speed
* AI-positive and forward-thinking with day-to-day use of AI tools in engineering
* Cloud experience and familiarity with TDD/CI-CD practices
* Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to balance quality with customer value
* Collaborative, team-first mindset with willingness to contribute high-quality feedback in code reviews
