Four Corners, is a recruiter specialised in the search and selection of professionals and managers in the Fashion, Luxury and Lifestyle market. On behalf of Premium Fashion Brand we are looking for a: JR HR Business Partner The successful candidate will join the HR team for the Italian market, reporting to the Head of HR, and will be responsible for the entire employee lifecycle, with a particular focus on the Retail workforce and selected Corporate functions.

Responsibilities:
* Business Partnering & Stakeholder Management;
* End-to-end Employee Lifecycle;
* Talent Acquisition;
* HR Operations & Administration;
* Employee Relations & Compliance;
* Strategic Projects & Local HR initiatives;
* People Development & Engagement.

Requirements:
* Degree in Humanities, Law or Economics;
* 3–4 years of experience in similar HR roles, preferably within structured Fashion Retail environments;
* Strong interest in digital innovation and the use of Artificial Intelligence tools applied to HR processes;
* In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors;
* Excellent interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills, with a strong results-oriented mindset; #J-18808-Ljbffr
