pBE AN ESSENTIAL PART OF EVERYDAY LIFE /p pDHL Supply Chain has the opportunity for you. /p pWe are looking for a talented and proactive bWMS Super User Coordinator /b in Liscate. /p pThis role is a key point of reference between Operations and IT, ensuring the efficiency, stability and continuous improvement of warehouse management systems while supporting daily operations and new customer implementations. /p pIf you’re looking for change, and you’re ready tomakechanges … we’re looking for you. /p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liAct as the site Super User for Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related applications. /li liSupport warehouse operations by troubleshooting system issues and coordinating resolution activities with internal IT teams and external providers. /li liMonitor system performance and ensure business continuity for warehouse operations. /li liManage and prioritize IT tickets, coordinating escalation processes when required. /li liSupport new customer start-ups, process improvements and operational change initiatives. /li liParticipate in testing activities, system upgrades, releases and new implementations. /li liAnalyze operational and performance data, identifying opportunities for process optimization. /li liAct as the key liaison between Operations, Business Development and IT teams. /li liDeliver training and support to end users on WMS functionalities and process changes. /li liSupport automation projects and future technological developments within the site. /li /ul h3What We Are Looking For /h3 ul liMinimum 4 years of experience in a similar role within Logistics, Supply Chain or Contract Logistics environments. /li liStrong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), preferably Blue Yonder/JDA. /li liExperience in application support, incident management and operational troubleshooting. /li liGood understanding of warehouse processes and logistics operations. /li liKnowledge of Oracle SQL or similar query languages. /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. /li liAbility to manage multiple stakeholders in a dynamic operational environment. /li liIntermediate level of English, both written and spoken. /li /ul h3Salary Package: /h3 pb€37,000
