HR Operations Specialist | Milan, Italy Are you an HR professional with strong knowledge of Italian payroll and labor relations, looking to take the next step in your career within a fast-growing international organization? We’re partnering with a global leader in renewable energy and clean technology solutions. The Opportunity: As HR Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting and developing the company’s growing Italian workforce. Acting as a trusted HR partner, you’ll work closely with business leaders to deliver people-focused initiatives, ensure local compliance, and contribute to an engaging and high-performing workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
* Partner with managers and business leaders to implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
* Ensure compliance with Italian employment legislation and HR best practices
* Support employee relations and foster a positive working environment
* Coordinate onboarding, and employee development initiatives
* Manage HR administration and local HR systems
* Deliver training and development programmes
* Provide guidance on compensation & benefits, performance management, and organisational design What We’re Looking For:
* Degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, or a related field
* Experience within an HR Generalist, HR Operations, or HR Business Partnering role
* Proven knowledge of Italian payroll and labor relations
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Fluent Italian with a good level of English language What’s on Offer?
