Overview In this role you protect the company’s global security posture by aligning IT and OT with a robust cyber program. You will contribute to strategy, design and deployment of secure architectures, and drive compliance across manufacturing operations. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to secure plant networks, manage incidents, and foster a security-minded culture. * Support the execution of the Cyber Security Strategy and global projects
* Design and implement secure solutions (e.g., Zero-Trust, IAM)
* Evaluate new cyber technologies to strengthen defense
* Collaborate with OT teams to secure plant floor networks and assets
* Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing across infrastructure, apps, and OT
* Ensure compliance with international regulations and industry standards
* Define and update internal cyber security policies and procedures
* Coordinate cyber security incidents management and response
* Oversee Security Operations Center activities
* Promote cyber security training and awareness across the organization
* Provide guidance on best practices to IT, OT, development and business teams Requisiti fondamentali
* Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
* Minimum 6 years in a dedicated cyber security role, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings
* Deep knowledge of cyber security protocols and tools (e.g., IAM, PAM, SIEM, EDR)
* Familiarity with cloud security principles
* OT security knowledge including ISA/IEC 62443 and securing SCADA/DCS environments
* Familiarity with frameworks like NIST
* Preferred certifications: ISO/IEC 27001, CISM, GICSP
* Strong commitment
