* Draft and negotiate commercial agreements and M&A documents
* Draft share and asset purchase agreements and shareholders' agreements
* Advise on disposals, acquisitions, and investments in multi-national transactions
* Lead delivery of M&A or commercial transactions including due diligence
* Collaborate with colleagues across overseas offices and time zones Requisiti fondamentali
* Newly qualified / 1 PQE associate
* Experience in a Corporate department
* English proficiency C1
* Excellent academics (not less than 102/110)
* Excellent communication in Italian and English
* Ability to draft in both English and Italian standard commercial agreements and M&A documentation
* Experience abroad for academic or professional purposes is an asset
* Enthusiastic and engaged attitude with good people skills
* Teamwork oriented
* Strong IT skills (Word & Excel)
