* Oversee budgets and financial performance for corporate projects, track costs, resources, and risks
* Lead breakdown of strategic goals into operational plans and drive large-scale initiatives within the PMO portfolio
* Coordinate cross-functional teams to integrate M&A and operational improvements into wider strategy
* Establish governance frameworks, standardize PM practices across offices, ensure regulatory compliance
* Design and implement client governance to align operations with client needs and monitor satisfaction
* Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership; represent the PMO in leadership meetings
* Provide mentorship and development pathways for PMO team members and foster accountability and continuous improvement
* Lead process optimization and adoption of lean/agile methodologies; drive adoption of tools and technologies to improve efficiency
* Oversee the PMO portfolio to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and measurable outcomes
* Identify and implement AI-enabled capabilities to enhance management workflows and reduce manual effort Requisiti fondamentali
* Bachelor’s degree
* 6-7+ years of project management experience
* 3+ years leading cross-functional teams in a global environment
* Proven track record with large-scale operational projects and strategic planning
* Experience working with senior leadership (COO or C-suite)
* Familiarity with international operations, especially US and EU markets
* Exceptional leadership and team management
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement across functions and geographies
* Strategic thinking with execution focus
* Expertise in project portfolio management tools and methodologies
* Process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen)
* Financial performance tracking and KPI analysis
