* Ongoing Learning: Attend regular development programs to stay up to date on platform updates, company guidelines, and operational best practices. Qualifications Essential Criteria:
* Language Capabilities: Fluent C1/C2-level Italian, paired with at least B2-level English proficiency for software usage, internal communication, and training modules.
* Shift Availability: Full adaptability to work rotating shift rosters operating across a 24/7 schedule.
