What You'll Do
As an Digital Ads Specialists, you'll speak with customers by phone to:
* Understand their needs and recommend suitable products or subscriptions
* Present offers and close sales
* Upsell and cross-sell relevant products
* Answer questions about services and subscriptions
* Handle customer doubts and complaints
* Build positive customer relationships Compensation & Conditions
* €1,100 total package/month including accommodation benefit paid 14x per year
* Health insurance from day one
* 40 hours/week, 8 hours/day
* Rotating schedule: Monday–Friday 07:00–19:00; Saturday 08:00–17:00 You'd Be a Good Fit If You…
* Italian fluently
* Enjoy talking to people and understanding what they need
* Are comfortable presenting products and services over the phone
* Have strong communication and negotiation skills
* Can handle rejection and customer objections
* Enjoy working towards measurable sales targets Sales or telesales experience is a plus, especially if you're already comfortable with upselling, cross-selling, or handling customer objections.
