* Technical support and after sales / assistance
* Process optimization
* Quality control

* Collaboration in introducing new AI capabilities into the company's automation products and solutions
* Manage pilot projects, proof of concept and industrialization of the solutions developed
* Translating operational and business needs into technical requirements
* Collaborate in the analysis of business, technical and production processes to identify opportunities for AI application
* Support the internal adoption of AI tools, contributing to the dissemination of expertise and good practices REQUIRED SKILLS
* Degree in Engineering (automation, computer science, electronics, mechanics, management or similar) or similar degrees;
* Solid programming foundation with Python or equivalent (3+ years)
* Practical experience in interface and developments with LLMs and modern AI tools — prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases and agent frameworks.
* Knowledge or work experience in Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning / Data Analytics
* Good ability to understand industrial, production and automation processes
* Ability to interface with technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Analytical, structured and result-oriented approach ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
* Experience adopting AI assistants for software/project development or team productivity tools
* Experience integrating data from different sources (APIs, databases, structured and unstructured data)
* Experience with computer vision for inspection or quality control
* Experience of MLOps/deployment (Docker, CI/CD, cloud platforms, model serving)
* Familiarity with industrial / OT environments (PLC, SCADA, MES, IIoT, OPC-UA).
