* Drive technical readiness for the S/4HANA migration
* Design and build SAP custom solutions
* Maintain integrity and quality of SAP solutions and IS services
* Create and maintain technical and architectural documentation
* Perform internal testing and support user testing
* Promote new technologies and innovative solution design approaches
* Support installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of IS processes
* Assist in incident and problem resolution with technical verification
* Understand business processes at a high level and advise accordingly
* Coordinate with SAP consultants and other SMEs on integration solutions Requisiti fondamentali
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
* At least 10 years as SAP Solution Architect and ABAP developer
* Strong SAP ABAP expertise including OO, familiarity with RAP/CAP a plus
* Experience in SAP integrations (IDOCs, BAPI, APIs, web services) and knowledge of SD, MM, WM, PP
* Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, migration projects, SAP BTP, and clean core concepts
* Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
* Proactive, analytical mindset; able to work under pressure and adapt to change
* Proficiency in Italian and English (written and spoken)
* Willingness to travel occasionally within Italy and Europe
