* Lead and contribute to feasibility studies, concept development, and detailed design for bridge projects
* Perform structural assessments, inspections, and construction support activities
* Engage in project management services and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
* Collaborate with AECOM’s global network of bridge and structural engineers to deliver high-impact projects
* Prepare design reports, technical documentation, and client presentations in English Requisiti fondamentali
* Minimum 5 years of experience in structural and bridge engineering
* Proficiency with Eurocodes and National Highways and Railway Standards
* Knowledge of AS5100, AASHTO LRFD, and ACI design codes is advantageous
* Experience in structural analysis and design using MIDAS Civil, IDEA StatiCa, Ponti EC4
* Familiarity with SOFiSTiK is a plus
* Strong technical, written, and verbal communication skills in Italian and English
* Ability to deliver design reports and client presentations in English to a high standard
* Familiarity with BIM methodologies and multidisciplinary project delivery environments
* Fluency in Italian and English
* Preferred: Master’s degree in Structural Engineering and professional-engineering status (ICE/IPD)
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Team collaboration and cross-functional coordination
* Proactive problem solving and attention to detail
