TeamSystem seeks an Experienced Incident Manager to own the incident lifecycle, bridging technical recovery and governance. You will design, implement, and govern a robust incident framework and act as central orchestrator during critical events to ensure high availability of our products. You will coordinate with Technical Teams, Product Owners, DPO, Legal, Cybersecurity, and Customer Success, driving structured post-mortems and continuous improvement.
