* Monitor plant performance and manufacturing KPIs
* Analyze production costs, labor efficiency and machine utilization
* Manage standard costing, variance analysis and cost allocation
* Track bill of materials and manufacturing cost structures
* Support operational efficiency and CapEx investment evaluations
* Monitor cross-functional KPIs (sales margins, purchasing costs, production volumes, inventory turnover, quality costs)
* Coordinate plant budgeting and forecasting processes
* Ensure compliance with financial procedures and internal controls
* Support audit activities and reporting improvements
* Act as financial partner to plant management and facilitate communication with HQ Requisiti fondamentali
* 8/10+ years of experience in Controlling in industrial/manufacturing environments
* Strong background in plant controlling within multinational companies
* Experience supporting manufacturing operations in international environments
* Experience with Indian manufacturing operations highly preferred
* Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities
* Deep understanding of manufacturing cost structures
* Experience working cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement and Sales
* ERP experience (SAP preferred) and familiarity with BI tools
* Languages: Fluent English
