In this client-facing role, you will serve as a trusted point of contact—from initial booking through post-trip follow-up—ensuring a seamless, personalized, and high-quality experience. /p pThis role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, service-driven, and passionate about travel, hospitality, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liRespond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms /li liAssist with luxury and leisure travel bookings, including changes, cancellations, and special requests /li liProvide accurate and timely information regarding destinations, travel requirements, and agency policies /li liCoordinate booking details and confirm itineraries to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction /li liProactively follow up with clients before and after travel to ensure a positive experience /li liAddress client concerns with empathy, professionalism, and solution-oriented thinking /li liMaintain accurate documentation and update booking systems as required /li /ul h3Qualifications Skills /h3 ul liExcellent verbal and written communication skills /li liCustomer service experience (travel, hospitality, or service-related experience preferred) /li liStrong organizational skills and attention to detail /li liComfortable using technology and learning new systems and booking platforms /li liReliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple client requests efficiently /li liGenuine interest in travel and helping clients plan memorable experiences /li /ul h3What
