* Coordinate the Infrastructure Provisioning function and team to plan service delivery
* Define and improve provisioning governance, workflows, service standards, and performance indicators
* Oversee end-to-end provisioning against timelines, quality, security, and readiness criteria across datacenters and cloud environments
* Support large-scale transformation programs (cloud migrations, modernization, platform deployments) with risk, dependency, and escalation management
* Collaborate with Infrastructure Engineering and Operations to implement designs, ensure handover, and validate readiness with vendors and partners Requisiti fondamentali
* 8+ years in Infrastructure Services, Delivery, Engineering or IT Operations in complex enterprises
* Experience leading infrastructure delivery and multidisciplinary technical teams
* Strong communication and stakeholder management, with vendor/partner experience
* Solid hands-on infrastructure background (servers, virtualization, storage, backup, networking, security)
* AWS and/or Microsoft Azure experience; understanding of hybrid cloud architectures
* Influence-based leadership in matrix organizations; collaboration with Architecture, Security, Operations, PM
* Fluent English; effective in international, multicultural environments
