Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Villanova d'Asti. Team members will support the daily operations of TN Service, collaborating with colleagues to ensure high-quality service delivery and efficient workflow across departments. Responsibilities may include handling customer inquiries, coordinating schedules and documentation, assisting with internal and external communications, and supporting administrative or technical activities as needed. The role involves working closely with supervisors to meet operational targets, following company procedures, and contributing to a safe, organized, and respectful workplace. Individuals in this position are expected to be proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement in their area of responsibility. Qualifications Ability to work on-site full time in Villanova d'Asti and reliably commute or relocate as needed. Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities. Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues and interact professionally with customers and partners. Attention to detail and accuracy in managing documentation, records, and daily operational activities. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with common office software (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets). Proactive problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn new processes and tools. Ability to follow safety, quality, and company guidelines, and to contribute to a respectful, inclusive work environment. Previous experience in operations, customer service, logistics, or administrative roles is a plus but not mandatory. Relevant education or vocational training in business, administration, technical, or related fields is considered an advantage.
