* Medical: Class 1
* ICAO ELP level: 4 (English)
* Italian language proficiency: Minimum Level 6

* Command Boeing 737 operations across Neos's growing short
- and medium-haul network with an unwavering focus on safety and compliance.
* Lead a highly professional crew, delivering outstanding service and on-time performance.
* Exercise sound decision-making in dynamic operational environments, from preflight planning to post-flight review.
* Uphold company SOPs, regulatory standards, and best-in-class CRM practices.
* Total time: 5,000 hours (minimum)
* PIC time: 1,000 hours (minimum)
* License: Valid EASA ATPL
* Medical: Class 1
* Language: Italian minimum Level 6 and English ICAO ELP 4
