* Perform Startup & Commissioning on MV equipment across product ranges
* Evaluate installation and operational conditions of equipment and systems
* Conduct onsite adjustments to optimize running conditions
* Perform root cause analysis to distinguish quality, software, or operational issues
* Collaborate with Schneider Electric service engineers or partners during interventions
* Document test results and produce site work reports
* Train customers on basic operations of the equipment
* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for MV products Requisiti fondamentali
* Solid understanding of electrical principles for medium voltage; fundamentals of automation and protection relays
* Ability to work with general direction and follow safety policies
* Proficient in reading, analyzing, and interpreting procedures and regulations; capable of writing reports
* Strong problem-definition, data collection, and analysis abilities
* Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
* Willingness to travel internationally up to 70% of time
* Electrotechnical education (university degree an advantage)
* At least 5 years’ experience with commissioning and/or field service activities
* Confirmed experience with MV power distribution products (Schneider Electric or other brands)
* Knowledge of protection relays is a strong advantage
* Ability to work autonomously, analyze technical challenges and propose solutions
* Excellent mechanical and electrical hands-on skills
* Fluent English (B2+ level minimum)
