- for Mantova and Verona plants. Working in an international and cross-functional environment, you will play a key role in strengthening plant performance, developing capabilities, and supporting Sidel’s commitment to operational excellence and sustainable growth.
Your Missions
* Lead the operations of Mantova plant, ensuring high standards in production performance, quality, and resource utilization.
* Ensure compliance with HSE policies, regulations, and applicable legal requirements across all operational activities.
* Implement and monitor quality control and traceability programs to achieve operational and customer quality objectives.
* Drive Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives, promoting continuous improvement across processes and teams.
* Collaborate with Sourcing, Procurement, Engineering, and Planning teams to support cost reduction and operational efficiency targets.
* Lead change management initiatives while fostering collaboration, capability development, and effective communication across functions.
Your Profile
Required experienceand
skills:
* Minimum 8/10 years in Manufacturing
