Corporate - Junior Associate (Avvocato NQ-1 PQE)

In this role you will support cross-border corporate and M&A work, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and transaction documents. You will be a core member of a collaborative, flexible team that serves founders, family offices and corporate clients. You’ll contribute to due diligence and the delivery of multi-national transactions, shaping deals from inception to closing. This position offers meaningful exposure to niche, high-impact work within a mission-driven firm.
* Draft and negotiate commercial agreements and M&A documents
* Draft share and asset purchase agreements and shareholders' agreements
* Advise on disposals, acquisitions, and investments in multi-national transactions
* Lead delivery of M&A or commercial transactions including due diligence
* Collaborate with colleagues across overseas offices and time zones
* Newly qualified / 1 PQE associate
* Excellent academics (not less than 102/110)
* Excellent communication in Italian and English
* Ability to draft in both English and Italian standard commercial agreements and M&A documentation
* Experience abroad for academic or professional purposes is an asset
