About the Role
Join a global social media project as a Short Video Content Moderator. You will review user-generated content to ensure it complies with community guidelines and helps maintain a safe online environment. Your Responsibilities
* Review videos, images, text and audio content
* Remove content that violates platform policies
* Moderate comments, posts and user appeals
* Label and classify content
* Ensure compliance with platform and legal guidelines
* Report recurring moderation trends
* Cooperate with policy and compliance teams on complex cases Please note: The role involves exposure to sensitive content, including violence, adult content, hate speech, fake news and other potentially disturbing material. Requirements
* Italian fluency (C1/native)
* English B2 or higher
* Strong attention to detail
* Good analytical and decision‑making skills
* Ability to work independently
* Comfortable with repetitive tasks
* Flexibility to work rotating shifts
* Previous moderation or customer support experience is a plus Salary & Benefits Option 1 – Company Accommodation Included

€776 gross/month
