* Define the design direction for Deel’s AI vertical and related AI products
* Codify craft standards and reusable patterns for AI interactions
* Lead design for AI experiences across conversational interfaces, agents, and automation
* Mentor designers and align cross-functional teams (engineering, product, leadership)
* Collaborate with design systems to reflect AI-enabled workflows
* Own problem spaces and drive outcomes for complex AI initiatives
* Establish user research practices and incorporate customer insights
* Foster collaboration and clear design narratives to connect AI choices with business impact Requisiti fondamentali
* 8+ years as a Product Designer in a fast-paced environment
* 3+ years at Staff level or above
* Deep experience designing AI-powered products (conversational interfaces, AI agents, copilots, or intelligent automation)
* Portfolio demonstrating AI/ML product design work
* Track record of zero-to-one AI product design and iterative scaling
* Strong UI/UX/interactions/visual design across complex workflows
* Ability to collaborate with ML engineers and researchers on interaction models and confidence thresholds
* Excellent communicator and mentor with cross-functional collaboration skills
* Data-informed and evidence-driven mindset
* Knowledge of payroll, HR, fintech, or compliance domains is a strong plus
