Overview In this role you will lead and execute global retail training initiatives to raise performance across Amplifon’s network. You will partner with SMEs, HR, and external providers to design scalable learning solutions that align with business goals. You’ll manage funded training opportunities and ensure compliant, timely delivery and reporting. You’ll monitor impact via KPIs and continuously enhance learning content and methods. * Design and develop global training materials and toolkits with subject matter experts
* Translate business inputs into accessible and engaging learning solutions
* Identify and manage funded training opportunities with HR, Finance, and external providers
* Coordinate administrative aspects of funded initiatives (plans, eligibility, reporting)
* Monitor fund utilization and ensure alignment with learning needs and regulations
* Prepare reports for funding applications, reimbursement and financial reporting
* Define training approaches based on audience segmentation and performance needs
* Support delivery of training initiatives, including workshops and cross-team sessions
* Collaborate with global, regional and country stakeholders for program alignment
* Support engagement across the global training community and drive activation
* Monitor training effectiveness using KPIs and learning metrics; provide improvement insights
* Analyze training and performance data to continuously enhance content and programs
* Contribute to evolution of training frameworks, tools and processes Requisiti fondamentali
* Bachelor in Management (or related field)
* Experience in training/L&D or capability building in retail multi-country environments
* Experience applying AI tools to instructional design and scalable content creation
* Experience delivering training sessions and facilitating workshops
* Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and instructional design tools
* Healthcare or Hearing Care industry experience is a plus
* Fluent in English (professional proficiency)
