* Develop and implement the organisation's global IT strategy to support business goals

* Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and security measures
* Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively
* Experience in developing and implementing IT strategies
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Fluency in English and Italian
* Educational background in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
