* Extract and analyze compensation and workforce data from the HRIS system
* Ensure global data quality, consistency, and integrity across all C&B reporting and analytics
* Prepare regular and ad hoc reports for the Global Head of C&B and Executive Leadership
* Coordinate global Compensation & Benefits projects
* Support the harmonization of salary structures across countries and business units
* Contribute to the optimization of local incentive plans
* Coordinate the global salary increase process
* Support the performance management cycle from a compensation perspective
* Prepare promotion cases and salary offer proposals
* Organize and maintain C&B governance frameworks, policies, and supporting documentation
* Ensure compliance with internal governance standards and applicable local regulations Requisiti fondamentali
* 5–8 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits
* strong knowledge of HRIS systems
* Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills
* experience handling large international datasets
* Familiarity with job evaluation methodologies (e.g., Hay, Mercer, or Korn Ferry) is advantageous
