In-House Legal Counsel Full Opportunity Brief Senior Legal Counsel, Corporate at Domyn Domyn, a frontier AI company building sovereign AI for regulated industries, is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to serve as the key point of reference for corporate governance matters in Milan. The role involves advising senior leadership and the board on governance structures, corporate compliance, and entity management, while supporting broader legal needs across the organization. Key Eligibility Criteria

Education:
Law degree from an accredited law school.
* Licensure: Bar admission in Italy is required; admission in the United States is a plus.
*

Experience:
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience at a law firm or in-house, with substantial exposure to corporate governance.
* Language: Fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken). Knowledge of Chinese and Arabic is considered a strong plus.
* Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of Italian corporate law; familiarity with cross-border/multi-entity governance, technology law, and privacy regulations is advantageous. Responsibilities & Scope of Work
* Advise on governance implications of corporate transactions (financing, M&A, organizational changes).
* Monitor evolving corporate law requirements and update internal policies and governance frameworks.
* Manage board and shareholder matters, including meetings, resolutions, and minutes.
* Oversee entity management and corporate housekeeping across the group.
* Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and corporate contracts.
* Provide strategic legal advice and contribute to internal legal procedures.

Salary:
€60,000 – €85,000 (based on experience).
* Additional Compensation: Variable bonus and company equity.
* Contract: Governed by CCNL Commercio.
