KERING EYEWEAR Business Controller

Overview As Junior Business Controller you will support regional financial planning and analysis to enable informed decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide accurate P&L, sales by country/brand/models, and budget forecasts. The role focuses on delivering insights, driving corrective actions to hit targets, and supporting strategic reviews within a global luxury brand. This is a growth-focused opportunity within a financially disciplined, collaborative finance team. Responsabilità
* Deliver Net Sales analysis by country, brands and business models to inform decisions
* Prepare and maintain Profit & Loss by business responsibility
* Conduct in-depth analyses for designated area and report variances vs year, budget, and forecast
* Contribute to annual budgeting and forecasting for assigned area
* Participate in business reviews with the Head of Region
* Identify and implement corrective actions to achieve performance targets Requisiti fondamentali
* 3-4 years of experience in a similar role within an international and structured company
* Fluent English
* Advanced Excel and PowerPoint user
* Ability to design and measure KPIs, focused on P&L
* Strong business planning skills and budgeting/forecasting proficiency
