* Lead international indirect & services sourcing network and ensure competitive supplier panel
* Negotiate prices, contracts, and terms; establish performance-based contracts and monitor KPIs
* Manage spend and savings via Long-Term Saving Plan across the portfolio
* Oversee Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) to drive performance and continuous improvement
* Ensure compliance with ATS policies and integrate risk mitigation and sustainability in supplier selection and contracting
* Communicate with internal stakeholders and manage strategic sourcing opportunities
* Serve as EU point of contact for indirect sourcing issues; ensure governance and business continuity
* Coordinate EU execution with global category leads to align with global direction and regional needs Requisiti fondamentali
* Minimum 5–8 years in strategic sourcing in international manufacturing
* Strong analytical mindset; ability to work with ERP-derived data
* Proven track record in commercial negotiations with international suppliers for multi-million euro spend
* English mandatory; additional languages a plus
* Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership in multicultural environments
