Overview As an Investment Analyst in Milan, you will source, evaluate, and execute logistics real estate opportunities across Italy, supporting acquisitions and developments. You will perform in-depth financial analysis and market research, while coordinating with internal teams and external advisers. You'll contribute to investment materials and help steer portfolio monitoring and asset strategy in a growing European platform. * Source, evaluate, and support execution of logistics real estate acquisitions and developments
* Perform detailed financial analysis, underwriting, and cash flow modelling
* Conduct market research, comparable analysis, and site-level due diligence
* Build and maintain relationships with brokers, advisors, and off-market sources
* Support negotiations and prepare internal investment documentation
