About the Role
We are looking for motivated and customer-oriented Customer Support Specialists fluent in English along with one of the following languages: Italian, French, or Portuguese. In this role, you will assist international clients via chat, email, and phone, providing top-tier service and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries efficiently through phone, email, and live chat in your assigned language and English.
* Provide accurate information and troubleshoot issues regarding customer accounts, services, or products.

Requirements:
* Fluency (C1/C2) in Italian, French, OR Portuguese.
* Professional working proficiency B2 in English.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic computer literacy and ability to adapt to new software tools.
* Previous experience in customer support or call center operations is a plus, but not required.
* Eligible to work in Greece (EU citizenship or valid work permit).
