* Design High Jewelry collections and bespoke projects aligned with the Maison’s aesthetic
* Create detailed hand sketches and precise CAD 3D models for jewelry
* Coordinate day-to-day activities of the High Jewelry design team
* Collaborate with Paris ateliers and other departments through development from concept to final execution
* Work across Rome and Paris offices/ateliers to align with product and craftsmanship teams
* Support sourcing and selection of precious gemstones and materials/techniques
* Develop hand-painted and digital gouaches in line with the Maison’s aesthetic Requisiti fondamentali
* Minimum 5 years of High Jewelry design experience; 7–8 years preferred
* Proficiency in traditional hand-drawing and advanced CAD for jewelry design
* Fluency in Italian and English; French knowledge strongly preferred
* Strong attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and willingness to travel frequently
* Experience coordinating design development with ateliers and cross-functional teams
