- identifying, analyzing, approving, and implementing changes that affect the project cost /li liAnalyse tenders/bids to ensure client value for money /li liAssist in the preparation and agreement of final accounts, including the handling of any claims to ensure the client gets best value from works undertaken /li liCreate estimates and cost plans for key client developments /li liOversee project spend by creating valuations and cost reports, and clearly communicate variations to your team /li liSupport nimble project management and clear decisions through excellent cost documentation and timely communication /li liSupport the settlement of construction disputes/loss and expense claims with transparency /li liFoster top performance and growth for your employees via excellent mentorship and leadership /li /ul pbIn questo ruolo ti occuperai di: /b /p ul liPartecipare attivamente al processo di gara (tender/bid), dalla documentazione iniziale fino all'analisi e alla reportistica finale. /li liGestire il processo di change management, identificando, analizzando, approvando e implementando le modifiche che incidono sui costi del progetto. /li liAnalizzare le gare per garantire il miglior rapporto qualità-prezzo per il cliente. /li liSupportare la preparazione e la definizione dei conti finali, inclusa la gestione di eventuali riserve o claim, assicurando il massimo valore per il cliente rispetto ai lavori eseguiti. /li liElaborare stime dei costi e piani economici per i principali progetti di sviluppo dei clienti. /li liMonitorare la spesa di progetto predisponendo valutazioni economiche e report sui costi, comunicando in modo chiaro eventuali variazioni al team. /li liSupporto la gestione di progetto agile, favorendo decisioni tempestive attraverso una documentazione accurata dei costi e una comunicazione efficacie. /li liSupporto la risoluzione di controversie contrattuali e di richieste di risarcimento per costi aggiuntivi e ritardi, operando con trasparenza. /li liPromuovere la crescita e le prestazioni del team attraverso attività di mentoring e una leadership efficace. /li /ul pbWe would love to hear from you if you: /b /p ul liHave experience as a Senior Cost Manager, ideally from a consultancy background /li liHave experience in pre-contract cost management while being experienced in budget control, cost planning, preparing and initiating change forms for discussion with other project stakeholders while being knowledgeable on alternative construction materials /li liAre chartered or are on the path to complete it.
